Fund-raising Activities

The following philanthropic activities are used to conduct fund-raising
events. These fund-raising events enable us to provide funds for
Children, Teens, the Elderly, and research:

		Special Events (benefit concerts, galas, and award dinners,
		exhibits, and more)

		Consultation (non-profit organizational development,
		executive coaching, website design, and special event services)

Financial Assistance

The HUSH Foundation provides financial assistance to children and adolescents
who are victims of severe hardship due to catastrophic occurrences such as
terminal, infectious, and disabling diseases or conditions, educational needs and
catastrophic disasters. In addition, we support pediatric HIV/AIDS and Cancer
research. We also provide assistance for treatment, counseling, hospital and
medical bills, prescriptions, medical equipment, clothing, personal items,
transportation, education, health care, and housing. No financial assistance
is being given out at this time.

Recipient Recruitment

All financial assistance recipient recruitment efforts are conducted without
consideration of a participant's race, ethnicity, sex, disability, or sexual orientation,
and a statement to this effect will accompany all public service announcements,
advertisements, and locally placed fliers or posters.

As part of the effort to select recipients, HUSH Foundation® participants will be
selected according to a minimum of four of the following criteria:

Applicants must be children and adolescents between the ages of 0 -
17 or elderly ones.

All applicants must be United States Citizens and must provide

ALL

the

following

legal

proofs of

Citizenship

(all

documents

will be

verified for

authenticity

before applications

are

approved)

		Birth Certificate or Certificate of U.S. Citizenship
		Drivers License, ID, or Passport; and
		Social Security Card

Applicants must be experiencing severe hardship and/or devastation

resulting

from

unforeseen catastrophic

occurrence.

Applicants must be economically disadvantaged.

Must have a life-threatening or terminal medical condition (health

awards-

only)

Must have an extreme educational need (educational awards-only)

Recipients will also be selected based on recommendations of local or national
community agencies and leaders and based on an interview discussion with a
HUSH Foundation® program administrator.

No applications are being accepted at this time.

Community Awareness and Outreach:

		*Education* - We provide a platform for children, adolescents,
		and parents on how to make healthy choices and develop skills for future wellness.

		*Family* *Referral*s - We refer families to our partners for
		programs that we do not offer.

		*Consulting and* Special Events - We specialize in non-
		profit organizational development, executive coaching, and special event services that are tailored to your non-profit organization, your challenges, and your people.

		*Elderly Assistance* *Referrals* - We are developing a
		support system for the elderly to provide referrals for health care, counseling, home care, meals, food, clothing, transportation, and activities.

		Financial Assistance - We provide financial assistance for
		treatment, counseling, hospital and medical bills, prescriptions, medical equipment, clothing, personal items, transportation, education, health care, and housing, etc. (for medical conditions other than obesity only).

		*Disaster Relief* - We provide emergency support to children,
		adolescents and elderly who are experiencing hardship from the aftermath of unforeseen catastrophic occurrences.
