Fund-raising Activities The following philanthropic activities are used to conduct fund-raising events. These fund-raising events enable us to provide funds for Children, Teens, the Elderly, and research:

Financial Assistance The HUSH Foundation provides financial assistance to children and adolescents who are victims of severe hardship due to catastrophic occurrences such as terminal, infectious, and disabling diseases or conditions, educational needs and catastrophic disasters. In addition, we support pediatric HIV/AIDS and Cancer research. We also provide assistance for treatment, counseling, hospital and medical bills, prescriptions, medical equipment, clothing, personal items, transportation, education, health care, and housing. No financial assistance is being given out at this time. Recipient Recruitment All financial assistance recipient recruitment efforts are conducted without consideration of a participant's race, ethnicity, sex, disability, or sexual orientation, and a statement to this effect will accompany all public service announcements, advertisements, and locally placed fliers or posters. As part of the effort to select recipients, HUSH Foundation® participants will be selected according to a minimum of four of the following criteria:

Recipients will also be selected based on recommendations of local or national community agencies and leaders and based on an interview discussion with a HUSH Foundation® program administrator. No applications are being accepted at this time. |
